The location of cities on this image is quite off. Most seem to be shifted southwards. Toledo is famously on the Tagus river, and Córdoba on the Guadalquivir.

In addition, Cuéllar is too far west (it should be almost straight above Toledo) and S. Esteban de Gormaz should be to the southwest of Calatañazor.

Sorry I can't really offer to fix the image, but it's quite glaring if you know any of those locations.
