I am wondering if there are some relevant sources for this map, especially for the including of the regions of Vranje, Pirot etc. --Simin (talk) 18:05, 15 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

On maps page there is "References" section where references are listed:

Have you not seen this reference or you do not consider it relevant? PANONIAN (talk) 21:21, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. I haven't seen them.
However I think that we have to be carefull with the map of these sources (actually оne source) for the post stamps. I wonder whether academic sources can be found for the he including of the regions of Vranje, Pirot etc. I admit it would be a surprise to me.--Simin (talk) 12:58, 24 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
The Macedonian state was simply proclaimed in the part of Yugoslavia which was under Bulgarian occupation in that time. That area includes Vranje and Pirot. Note that this was proclamation influenced by Germans, so proclaimed borders in fact served German interest of establishing temporary puppet state and ensuring withdrawal of their troops from Greece.
