I think it is safe to keep this image. Uploader mentioned the whole license "Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 license" so this is probably copied from the page.

According to http://web.archive.org/web/20051219113849/flickr.com/photos/indigogoat/ all stored images (from december 2005) was licensed cc-by-2.0.

Also the Flickr user has been informed that we have the image and user did not object.

I take these three facts as an indication that license was as stated at the time of the upload. --MGA73 (talk) 09:37, 3 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • I agree. The flickrowner must have changed the license. The facts are clear here. I also informed the flickr owner and she never bothered to make an objection on the flickrlink either. Finally, these pictures from her flickr account here on Commons all passed review on a same 'cc by' license. --Leoboudv (talk) 05:34, 4 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
