General Notes about modifying the file

SPUI created a nifty map here, folks, but it's finicky. I've taken the role of upkeeper for the time being, but here's the rundown:
- Each line is made of several dozen lines and polylines. Shorter lines have all of them grouped together; Longer lines are broken up into a couple groups. The area around North Station, the area around South Station (and the SW Corridor), and the Old Colony main line get their own groups. Keep the Wildcat branch separate, please.
- Standard line is 16 pixel width. RGB Coords (191,0,255).
- Proposed / under construction is 8 pixel width, dashed.
