The image isn't a scan of the original

This image isn't a scan of a single page from the original chorale tune from Germanisches Nationalmuseum Hs 83795 (formerly M 369m), 154v. Instead it's an edited of three pages from Walter's manuscript book. The problem is that references to this image make it seem like Luther signed his name next to the image. This is not the case. It looks like Luther's name is part of a dedication (by Walter) at the start of the book.
