• Based on this and this and this image which passed flickrreview by the same uploader from the same flickr account in 2009, I'd tend to say that the flickr account owner is the uploader and that the image can be kept. Obviously, the uploader has changed the license on his flickr images today to put in a Non-Commercial restriction but the image upload should mean that the free license for the image is not revocable. --Leoboudv (talk) 06:22, 10 February 2013 (UTC)
