Copyvio false positive!~ Would someone explain what has been violated? Generated by a George Mills free program- discussed in detail before upload in July 2007? Two GNU Copyright notices for upload and the program that generated it?

go to the source at (http://www.softronix.com/download/mswlogosource65.zip /logo/bc5/Help/LOGO.DOC or http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=71350&package_id=70992 /mswinlogo.zip//mswinlogo/LOGO.DOC) and see that its not under the gnu. Hidro (talk) 00:40, 20 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Run the program. Help> About MSW> and a copyright box comes up:- Line 6 says MSWLogo should not be sold for profit it is free. See GNU Public License. (can't copy I am on my Linux box- Windows and MSW on other machine)- that I interpret as a irrevocable release. In the help file George Mills makes a statement limiting useage to not for profit: The documentation appears to be restricted by this licence which maybe what you are referring to. The program was included in Jim Mullers 'for profit book'. However this applies only to the George Mills GUI extensions- which are not used. The example is pure UCBLogo. Page 305 et seq of Computer Science Logo Style prints out the full GNU version 2 (June 1991) paragraph 6 applies.
The discussion is esoteric as an alternative illustration has been produced just using UCBLogo- this diagram has done 5 years service so could be retired- but I would like you to acknowledge that it was a false positive.
