Great!

  • @DarwIn: Does this mean that {{PD-Portugal-URAA}} can be used according to what’s plainly said there, no need to check a bunch of other copyright law desicussions and keep fingers crossed?
  • @King of Hearts and DarwIn: When you have time, please undelete also the 2023-01-03 01:03:30 temp upload showing the back ot the postcard.

@Tuvalkin To be frank, I don't even understand why we are discussing a court decision in Hamburg in the context of the Portuguese law, and the jurists and lawyers I've been talking to also get puzzled with that question. Since what is in {{PD-Portugal-URAA}} is ipsis verbis what is stated in our copyright law, and there is not a shred of evidence countering that, quite the opposite, I don't have any doubts that this should be treated like all other PD cases we have here. Hmm, so those 1968 Coimbra tram photos Tm lost his wits over to have deleted… Would be lovely to undelete them, whenever I manage to find those discussions.
