@Netha Hussain: Can you verify that the file name is correct? This appears to depict lipid aspiration, and my medical knowledge is insufficient to say whether or not this image depicts both lipid aspiration and pneumonia. ↠Pine (✉) 00:08, 20 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for bringing this to attention. This is indeed lipid aspiration, given the several, large lipid globules in the image. I don't see signs of pneumonia, but I would need an expert to verify if pneumonia is present. Either way, the file has to be re-named as 'lipid aspiration'.
