I always wondered what de:Vorlage Diskussion:Positionskarte Lesotho means (english: map around Qacha's Nek is wrong)]] So I treid to find out. Overall the projection of this map and most borders are quiet OK. Heres the one thing I found: the region around Motsie and Sehonghong Airport (not that Sehonghong and its airport but the one near Semonkong!) is according to Googe Maps part of Mafeteng District, cf. http://www.gomapper.com/travel/where-is-airport/sehonghong-shk-located.html or https://maps.google.com/maps?q=loc:-29.838333,28.06&hl=en&ll=-29.8192,28.257866&spn=0.257356,0.445976&t=m&z=12 . It seems to be an exclave of that district. OSM, Bing, Nokia Here don't show this exclave, though. Thus I'm not really sure what's wrong or right.
