This map is inexact. The wolf also lives in SW Arabia (ssp. arabs), Persia and India (ssp. pallipes), Central Asia, Tibet and Mongolia (ssp. campestris and ssp. laniger). Moreover, dingos are considered other wolf subspecies under the name Canis lupus dingo and live in all Australia; and Greenland wolves (ssp. orion) are probably extinct today.--Hossmann 20:59, 24 November 2005 (UTC)
