I was initially a bit suspicious about the provenance of this image, but I browsed to page 37 of 80 in the January 24, 1915 issue of the NYT and there it is. This (Commons) version is much higher resolution, and is cropped from a larger photo, but it's a copy. I wonder how the original poster got such a good scan?
