English translation

I'd like to suggest some changes in the English translation.

1. Change "The airport is closed for the period of wax conditions" (дослівно "Аеропорт закритий на період воскових умов") to "The airport is closed while martial law is in effect"

2. Change "The stations are equipped with an elevator" (дослівно "Ці станції обладнані ліфтом") to just "Stations equipped with an elevator"
