Looks a lot like the Category:Oulu (ship, 1963)). However, this does not match a photo of that ship while in Finnish Navy service as seen here. That page does mention two sister ships, a Valvoja (which apparently ended up in Estonia eventually) and Tutka. The Tutka is apparently IMO 5147358, built 1960, which may have been named Helsinki until 1966, then Tutka, then renamed Sir Hubert Wilkins in 2000, Silver Star in 2008, and Atlas I in 2010. Photo after yacht conversion here; as Sir Hubert Wilkins here, which looks closer to the Oulu than this ship, though again obviously very similar. Have not been able to find much of anything on the third sister ship. It's also possible this was a similar ship, but not a strict sister.
