If his father uploaded it to Commons, that's a good thing for us. The personality rights should still stay, as that's a reminder that you can't use Kacper in advertising or some other commercial uses without permission, and I don't see that the father waved that by uploading the image here.--Prosfilaes (talk) 20:02, 31 May 2010 (UTC)
