Logo Licensing

I believe this logo's license is NOT Creative Commons as the uploader has described. My supporting reasons are:

• This is an official logo, which the artwork rights is owned by Kasetsart University. No official documents from the university claims that the logo's license is in Creative Commons.
• Thailand's trademark law prohibits the registration of the "plain text" logo, thus this artwork should not be covered as a logo recognised by the law, which means it would not be covered by the threshold originality of protection.

Still, the artwork should be generally recognised as a logo. I've attached the PD-Textlogo and Trademark template at the licensing section.
