If you take a look at the foundation website I believe it says all photos are available for creative commons — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mmmcsally (talk • contribs) 18:18, 10 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Mmmcsally: Unfortunately the foundation website links to the CC BY-NC-ND license, but Wikimedia Commons only accepts less restrictive licenses such as CC BY-SA or CC BY. —Granger (talk  · contribs) 18:11, 12 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Mx. Granger: Im not sure I follow. Isnt that what the license reads under the commons link? Whats the difference? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mmmcsally (talk • contribs) 03:46, 16 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
It looks like the source page has been changed and now links to the CC BY-SA license. I don't know if you made that change happen through some contact with the Koch Foundation or if they changed it independently, but in any case the image can now be kept. —Granger (talk  · contribs) 05:23, 16 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
