Is this James Smithson?

While looking for suitable images for the article "en:James Smithson" I noticed that this image in Wikimedia Commons is said to be a photograph of a statue of James Smithson. However, a photograph of the same statue in the English Wikipedia, "en:Image:The Smithsonian Dude.jpg" [now "Image:JosephHenry-SmithsonianCastle-20050517.jpg"], is said to be of a statue of Joseph Henry, an American scientist and the first Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution. According to Rsduhamel, who read the inscription on the statue in August 2003, it is Joseph Henry. See the discussion at "en:Talk:James Smithson". I've therefore re-uploaded the image under a new name. — Cheers, JackLee –talk– 23:14, 20 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
