Address and date?

[edit]

Is this building at 400 E St. or at 402 E St.? According to the nominating form for Fairbury Commercial Historic District, the Harbine Building, built in 1875, is at 400 E Street; Jenkins Store, built c. 1889, is at 402 E Street. At the time of the NRHP nomination (1997), both buildings were occupied by JD Graham Paint and Wallpaper. The form mentions the 402 E Street building as an example of Italianate architecture in the district, leading me to believe that it's the one shown in the photo. Could the information be checked? While there's a question as to the date, I've removed the file from the construction-date category. Ammodramus (talk) 13:13, 2 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
