Type 1 or Type 93

This photo is not of the Japanese Type 1 machine gun. Rather, it appears to be an example of the 13.2mm Type 93 heavy machine gun. Of note is the magazine port for the Type 93's top-mounted magazines and, though barely visible, one can make out the odd shoulder stock the Japanese saw fit to affix to the Type 93. Hi. It´s definitely not a Type 1 HMG. I also think it´s a 13,2 mm Type 93 HMG. Mastertom211 (talk) 01:07, 8 December 2022 (UTC)

It's definitely a Type 93 HMG. This is the photo of the same gun taken from different angle (notice the exhibited helmet in the background). It can be seen there that the gun has a wooden stock as in Type 93. Jauhsekali (talk) 04:10, 20 December 2023 (UTC)
