Identification

[edit]

@Bikersspensiun, Rudolphous, and Rachmat04: Hello! Sorry to write in English. No, no, this isn't a Pleurotus (which would be edible). This is a polypore, a bracket fungus. I don't know if it is poisonous, but anyway I doubt anyone would want to eat it as it is tough. It might be something like Trametes, but I don't know Indonesian fungi. I will change the category to "Unidentified Polyporales", I hope that is OK. Best wishes, Strobilomyces (talk) 19:43, 3 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Strobilomyces, I did not ID this photo but I can totally agree with proposal. Rudolphous (talk) 19:45, 3 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Strobilomyces: I'm not an expert on the fungus field, but I have no problem with your proposition. ··· 🌸 Rachmat04 · 15:42, 4 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the answers. OK, I did the changes. The name of the file in Indonesian is wrong, but I haven't bothered to change that. Strobilomyces (talk) 18:21, 4 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
