License clarification request

The license of the original version was dual-licensed as "Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported" with an attribution requirement of "TCD Photography" and under the "GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 or any later version published by the Free Software Foundation; with no Invariant Sections, no Front-Cover Texts, and no Back-Cover Texts."

This version is only published under the "Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported" license with no specific attribution requirement. Unless the OTRS ticket says otherwise, the terms of the original must carry over to the new copy. As I was the one who copied the OTRS template from the original, I can safely say that there has not been a "new" OTRS ticket for this new image or, if it has, that this file's description page has not been updated to reflect that.
