Elevation scale

Don't ask why the elevations shown were chosen, because I don't really know. The elevation data is in meters, and I intended to select intervals that would make sense in feet. But somehow the map ended up with values that look random in both meters and feet. So I chose to show just the meter values. Designing and making a map like this is a long, involved process of manipulating multiple data sources in multiple programs, and I obviously got confused somewhere along the way.
