The map is wrong, as not all of the occupied Kuwait was included in the en:Kuwait Governorate. Some 7,000 km2 (i.e. 39.2% of the occupied area) was assigned to the en:Saddamiyat al-Mitla' district, which was included in the en:Basrah Governorate. --Soman (talk) 14:38, 9 March 2016 (UTC)
