here) but the rendering is still faulty. --Old Moonraker (talk) 14:39, 23 November 2008 (UTC)
This image was retained as an example of a .svg image that fails to render correctly using the WM code. The code has been upgraded ( see- Still creeping towards a solution [1]. --Old Moonraker (talk) 06:32, 3 May 2011 (UTC)
- Here's a new version from User:Magasjukur2, which seems to work. What's the trick, what was I doing wrong, please? --Old Moonraker (talk) 20:50, 29 May 2012 (UTC)
- Hi Old Moonraker. I solved the problem partly in Inkscape and partly in a text-editor. Your SVG-code use <flowRoot> (which is SVG 1.2), mine only use <text>. I don't know if you use text-editors but when you use the text-tool in Inkscape you should only click once in the document (without dragging) and then write your text. If you click and drag before writing Inkscape will make the <flowroot> tag in the SVG-code. Yours sincerely Magasjukur2 (talk) 18:52, 30 May 2012 (UTC)
- I see; I usually draw a text box, then fill it. I will certainly try the other way, the next time. Thanks for the suggestion. --Old Moonraker (talk) 13:22, 1 June 2012 (UTC)
