Public Domain?

This image is from the Local Group Survey of the Lowell observatory (http://www.lowell.edu/users/massey/lgsurvey/IC10_BVHa.jpg). There is no indication on the web pages of Lowell Observatory that the images are in the public domain. I doubt that the {{PD-USGov}}-Tag applies here, as the Lowell Observatory is a private research institute, no government institution. --Vesta (talk) 11:52, 9 October 2009 (UTC)
