Maybe a black giant squirrel? (Ratufa bicolor)

This looks much more like a Black giant squirrel than any Mephitidae species. Further, I can't find any extant mephitid that lives in Bangladesh. Stink badgers are close, but they are in Oceanic Southeast Asia and not the Indian subcontinent.

I'm going to recategorize it as such.
