Incorrect date?

From the image description:

Network Rail driving coach No.9703, built at BR Derby 1874 as a Mk.IIf BSO No.9517, converted to DBSO at BR St.Rollox, Glasgow 1974 for Glasgow-Edinburgh push-pull expresses, and converted again to a Driving Trailer by SERCO Derby 2008 for use with NR laboratory/testing train.
