Good graphic, but you may want to consider choosing a different pair of colors (green and yellow, perhaps) in lieu of those which traditionally represent the two dominant parties in the US. I'd like to see more variants of this graphic with gradually increasing complexity, to more fully illustrate types of gerrymandering in detail. This is a crucially-important concept for anyone living in a representative democracy.
