Although I have some doubt as to whether this is the correct house (corresponding to the National Register of Historic Places #85002371), it corresponds to the coordinates given. Although it is on Laurel Forge Road and not McCorkel's Rock Rd, as called out in the Register, McCorkel's Rock Rd does exist (and dead-ends) at the other side of the Brandywine Conservancy property and probably did attach to the present Laurel Forge Road in the past. In fact a dirt road exists, which passes by the Speakman No. 2, Mary Ann Pyle Bridge (also on the Register) and seems to connect Laurel Forge Road and McCorkle's Rock Road.
