2020 update

Proportion of world (countries with data) nominal GDP for the countries with the top 10 highest nominal GDP in 2018, from 1980 to 2018 with IMF projections until 2024. Countries marked with an asterisk are non-G8 countries.[1]

This is very useful, can we update for 2020? Am willing to help.

Many thanks, @JWB: I've lost the means to generate the SVG so redrew it with your data as on the right.
I removed the background grey lines as it seems unnecessary, and I wanted to use grey shading to denote estimated data and dash style to make it colour-blind friendly. Let me know if it's useful.
Yes, the field used is WEO Subject Code NGDPD: Gross domestic product, current prices.
