Picture seems to be Heliconia bihai (cat) not Heliconia wagneriana (cat). Should be checked:

You are right, this is disturbing.

I think, I took the picture and a green tab above it. So the identification is not from me but from the gardener/botanist.

I tried to look a long time to both species pictures and...I need a botanist help. Are you one ?

Heliconia Wagneriana has greens flowers (see note in the above picture), and bracts are red surrounded with yellow end green, with thin green top border. [1][2]

Heliconia bihai more frequently cultivated is more variable.

C'est vraiment bien qu'on communique en anglais.

Mais quand j'ai vu ton document en francais, j'ai eu un doute.

Mais tu as raison, le tour de mes fleur n'est pas vert. Ce n'est pas Heliconia wagneriana.

Sur ta photo on voit bien les fleurs blanches qui sont plus caractéristigue de Heliconia bihai, comme quoi dans les jardins botanique ils peuvent mal placer une pancarte. Dans le Botanica de Gordon Cheers, éditions Könemann, les photos sont bien explicites.
