(Transcluded from Wikipedia) This image was published in The Judge magazine in President Harrison's term (1889-1893). This specific image was cropped and digitally cleaned by Kainaw from an image of a framed lithograph found on an online auctions site. While it is possible to claim ownership of a photograph of the original artwork, the original artwork is public domain as it was publihed in the 1800s.

The subscript printed below the cartoon was originally: "What can I do when both parties insist on kicking?" It referred to the inablility of the Democrats and Republicans to work together over Civil Service Reform.

It's in the public domain, so do you think you could make it bigger? The text written on the football is illegible and the picture size is becoming unsuitable for today's higher-resolution displays.—An Sealgair (talk) 01:41, 12 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
