I think this is inappropriate. It's just propaganda for horseshoe theory. The symbol has no historic or academic value what so ever, and it's the kind of thing that belongs on blogspot or tumblr. Not to mention that it validates some pretty bigoted antisemitic conspiracy theories about the Soviets.
