Main ingredient

This file is in the Category:Halva, which includes versions from different cuisines. Two questions:

  • Is there a main ingredient common to the "halowa" popular in India and Bangladesh? (e.g. in Israel it's sesame paste)
  • The description at present says "in cities..." - is it mainly consumed by urban populations and not in rural areas?

Also, the caption needs an objective description, e.g. "...made of ground [??] sweetened with [??]." -- Deborahjay (talk) 14:20, 24 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
