This photo appears to show Royal Oak flying the Norwegian flag. If so, it was probably taken in November 1938, when the Oak transported the body of Maud of Wales, wife of Haakon VII, for a state funeral in Norway. BillC (talk) 10:38, 19 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
