HMS H6 ran aground on 19/1/16, and seems to have been interned in the Netherlands from then until the sale. Carnarvon spent all of January 1916 on the American side of the Atlantic, so it's very unlikely this picture was taken that year. Looking at the 1915 logs, it seems most likely this is June-July in Canada (lots of "in floating dock" and submarines around) - but in any case, it's definitely 1915 and no later.
