The numbers seem a bit high to me... For the Czech republic I did the math and the results are the following: Adult population: 8 566 003 (as of 31.12.2016) Diagnosed HIV+ positive people since 1985 till Oct: 3100 That equals approximately 0.03%, but Czech Republic is listed under 0.1-0.5%.
