This is a 1939 Oldsmobile Series 70

The grille is the 1939 style. The slope of the C-pillar and size of the rear fenders indicates it is the larger body so that eliminates the Series 60. The lack of the special Series 80 central bumper trim indicates it is a Series 70. This is not surprising. Nearly half of all Oldsmobiles sold in 1939 were Series 70.
