Gudele West is a community of returnees from the Second Sudanese Civil War on the edge of Juba, Sudan. In 2005, Gudele West was home to about 500 families. In late 2010, there were 4,000, at which time there was no electricity, no water and no sewer, and housing consisted of mud huts with iron roofs. The community grew as tens of thousands of people migrated to Southern Sudan in anticipation the region becoming independent which could split Africa's largest country, and create a new nation.[1] In 2011,right after the independence of south sudan,as juba becomes the capital city of the new nation,Gudele became a wonderful and famous populated residental area to over 12,ooo thousand residents of juba city including the president with his largest farm in Gudele west. 'Gudeleis the now the most likabe area in the juba city with its fastest developments. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Platinum11 (talk • contribs) 23:12, 24 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
