While the larger version of this photograph came from here, the same photograph was credited on an Oklahoma State University story on Jack ReVelle as being the work of the U.S. Air Force. It is reasonable to assume that this is indeed the work of the USAF as civilians are normally not permitted near a fully-intact, nearly-fully-armed nuclear weapon.
