I had seen a photo of this artwork on Flickr-- www.flickr.com/photos/jensvermeersch/7049003273/

The picture was taken in Belgium, but the uploader says that this relief was a loan from the Burdur Museum in Turkey. He adds, hopefully relaying information taken from the exhibit, that it's a second-century AD artwork from the Roman imperial city of Sagalassos, depicting the god Zeus (I can add that the thing on the god's head appears to be an oak wreath).

I've tried to find a place where the piece's home museum substantiates this, but its web site is all but inactive. http://www.burdurmuzesi.gov.tr/museum.htm
