This does not appear to be a photo of the reported subject: Geochelone carbonaria, the Red-Footed Tortoise. It appears to be an aquatic turtle specimen, identity unknown. Also please note that the taxonomic name of the Red-Footed Tortoise has been corrected to Chelonoidis carbonarius. See: Olson, Storrs L. and Normand David. 2014.
