South Sudan

No value is listed for South Sudan on the indicated link. You cannot simply assign values listed for Sudan before its partition to both of the current nations. South Sudan is less developed than the north, and is a former war zone. It is much more likely, that the South falls into the same category as Ethiopia and Uganda.
