There are 3 persons in the painting. Why do you think the third person is of no interest. The painter painted him. So for some reason he has to be important. This is 18th century germany. Germany had no colonies during this time. I actually wonder where he is from and what he did there. He does not look like a servant. --Marcus. (talk) 08:34, 8 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
