Expelling diplomats vs breaking ties

Mexico and Peru expelled the North Korean ambassador to their respective countries in Sept. 20017. However, expelling an ambassador (or any staff member) is not the same as breaking ties with a country (as a representative from Mexico's presidential office confirmed). Please refrain from changing the map unless an explicit and official declaration is made regarding the status of diplomatic relations. Coinmanj (talk) 20:08, 13 September 2017 (UTC)
