Aanakeel temple is located in Mukkunnu village of Pariyaram Panchayat in Kannur District of Kerala. Mukkunnu - its meaning itself is three hills. Mukkunnu is surrounded by hills. A temple named "Aanakkeel temple" is located in the village. Every year from 12th Makaram to 14th Makaram (which falls in the month of January) the Aanakkel Kaliyaattam is celebrated. This picture is taken on such an occasion in January, 2012.
