Location should be identifiable - though multiple buildings in the photo are since gone and other buildings constructed since. Possibly College Street? The cupola of the City Hall can be seen in distance at upper right. -- Infrogmation of New Orleans (talk) 15:58, 2 October 2024 (UTC)
- Must be looking along Battery Park Avenue with zoom lens. The Woolworth building seen at end of street; the wide side of the Flat Iron Building seen at upper right. Grove Arcade at left. Apparently where the Wall Street Parking Garage was later built was vacant at the time and seen used for a fun fair at right.
