The text of the front side of the postcard says "Umeå. Fällforsen.". This might refer to the former Fällforsen rapids, Ume River (Umeälven) between Vännäs and Harrselefors. Having done some more research, I have now found pictures of the former Fällforsen in Ume River between Vännäs and Harrselefors. It is nowadays dry, but the monumental rock to the right remains and there is no doubt that the picture is from there.
