This chart has a joke line on the left, below the first section and immediately after the discussion of cell phone radiation dose, which reads "* Unless it's a babanophone." I think that this should be removed, as it's unclear to the reader that this chart is from a humor website. The release of copyright seems to permit this. @Tadzweil: The CC-0 dedication certainly allows to make derivative works of this. But I'd argue that from an artistic point if view that would be a bit like retouching a part of a painting you don't like. For using the chart in the context of xkcd, humor in science, science communication or internet culture, replacing this with an edited version would be a downgrade. Also, I don't think it would be in line with Commons:Overwriting existing files. So I'd suggest that you upload your edit as a separate file and then link the two in the "other versions" field (e.g. with {{Derivative versions}} and {{Derived from}}). That way, the reusers at the sister projects can decide whether or not they want to keep the original joke.
